Refunds and Exchange Policy

At Liveries.com.au, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our policy carefully:

Digital Products:

• We do not accept refunds or exchanges for any digital products, including livery decal kits, once they have been downloaded.

RC Livery Kits:

• Refunds will only be considered if the RC livery kit is faulty. Please contact us immediately if you encounter any issues with your kit.
• Exchanges are welcomed for RC kits at the buyer's expense for postage, provided the item is returned in its original, unopened packaging and is not damaged.

Miscellaneous Items:

• No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for miscellaneous items unless the item is faulty.

Returns and Exchanges:

• All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the items.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and at the buyer’s expense for return postage.
